I’ve had CBD cream in the past that does nothing, I’ve also had tiger balm and deep blue from doterra – other menthol-like creams that are okay. This is the best of both worlds. I’ve used it for my period pains, I get tension headaches and this will prevent one by using it on my neck up to my hairline down to my shoulders. I also work out regularly so I’ll put it on my feet and my calves/anywhere that’s really aching.
