Shipping & Returns

Often, shipping options are the last thing you think about when buying online. Inevitably, a few questions arise when you’re asked to select a shipping method:

  • How long is this going to take?
  • Who’s delivering it?
  • What if I am not happy with the product?

Please take some time to read through our Shipping and Returns policies.

Shipping

  • All US shipments are shipped out of our fulfillment center in Atlanta, GA or Philadelphia, PA
  • Orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail.
  • Orders placed online before 12 NOON Monday through Friday will ship the same day.
  • Orders placed online after 12 NOON will ship the following business day.
  • Orders are not processed on weekends and UPS Saturday Delivery is not available.

Return Policy

  • You may return unopened products in original packaging within 30 days from the date which the order was placed, for a refund of the purchase price. Only qualified, unopened, unused items that are in the original packaging may be returned for a refund (excluding shipping charges).
  • Please be advised that usually refunds can take up to 5 business days to completely process after the refund has been initiated. Refunds can only be issued to the original form of payment for the corresponding order.
  • This return policy does not apply to product bought through an online retailer or a retail location.
  • For retail returns or exchanges, please visit the retailer where you purchased the product.

DAMAGE DUE TO FREIGHT OR SHIPPING

All of our products are tested for quality, and all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. Upon delivery of your order, please check product carefully to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product must be made with 48 hours. Please contact us and provide detailed information for any product damaged during shipping within that time. Please include a full description of the damages to the product.

Instructions

  • Refunds will be issued minus the shipping fee.
  • Please include the original packing slip with the return and include the reason for the return. Additionally please provide: your name, address, telephone number and any exchange information (if applicable).
