b/4 taking the oil I could not lift an empty glass with one hand because of arthritis in my hands and now I can lift a full glass of water with one hand and no pain at all. This amazes me every day. It also helps with stress and anxiety somewhat. It has lessened the pain in my lower back and hips to almost nothing which has improved my sleeping tremendously. I use the 1000mg oil 1/2 dropper every night before bedtime. I am so happy with this product and I love the community and how caring your staff is and so willing to help anytime they are needed. Keep up the great work you do.
