Did not expect to work. Noticed a change after 3 days. No pain, sleep much better and blood pressure normal after 5 years. Hooray. I am now a believer. It really works!!!

Aside from the flavor this is an outstanding product! I have rheumatoid arthritis and within three days the pain and inflammation was decreased considerably. much better results than any drug prescribed by Drs.
