My wife is using this for her anxiety and it does seem to calm her greatly. She is only taking one capsule daily. We would recommend these pill over the others anyday.

I use it to get sleep at night. I have sleep disturbances so usually I’ll get about 3 hours worth of sleep every night. However, this helps me get a full 8 hrs rest.
